2026 LAUNCH CONTEST

Contest – Official Rules

1. SPONSOR

The contest is sponsored by Just One Spark Travel (the “Sponsor”).

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The contest begins on the date it is published and closes on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST. All entries must be submitted and received through the official contest entry form before the Contest Closing Date.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, excluding Quebec. Employees, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Just One Spark Travel, as well as anyone domiciled with such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Please note some cruise lines require the lead guest to be over the age of 21.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the official contest entry form available on the Just One Spark Travel website during the Contest Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person unless otherwise noted. All required information must be completed accurately. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, or otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

5. PRIZES

There are two(2) prizes available to be won:
One(1) $1,000 CAD cruise credit.
One(1) Ottawa Senators home game ticket package

The total approximate retail value of the prizes is $1,400 CAD.

Cruise Credit:

• Has no cash value and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
• Cannot be combined with or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or incentive offered by Just One Spark Travel.
• Cannot be applied toward the initial deposit required to secure the cruise booking.
• Is valid only for a qualifying cruise vacation booked directly through Just One Spark Travel.

• Is subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and cancellation policies of the applicable cruise line and booking.

Ottawa Senators Ticket Package:

• Includes two (2) home game tickets and one (1) parking pass

• Saturday, January 30th, 2027 

• Ottawa Senators Vs the New York Rangers 

• 7:00 pm at the Canadian Tire Centre, 1000 Palladium Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K2V 1A4

• Section 202, Row A

• Tickets will be transferred via Ticketmaster at least 7 days before the event.

• Prize must be accepted as awarded.

6. QUALIFYING CRUISE & REDEMPTION

To redeem the $1,000 cruise credit, the winner must book a qualifying cruise vacation directly through Just One Spark Travel.
The qualifying cruise must be booked on or before December 31, 2027 and have a cruise fare exceeding $7,000 CAD.
For purposes of determining whether the $7,000 minimum has been met, the qualifying amount is based on the cruise fare only. The cruise credit cannot be applied toward the initial deposit.
The following are excluded from the $7,000 calculation:
• Flights
• Shore excursions
• Pre-cruise and post-cruise hotel accommodations
• Travel insurance
• Other additional travel-related expenses, products, or services

7. WINNER SELECTION

Two (2) potential winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The random draw will take place during a live draw on December 15, 2026.
The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind.
The skill-testing question will be administered by the Sponsor.
If the selected entrant answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, fails to respond within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and another eligible entrant may be selected by random draw.
The process will continue until an eligible winner has been successfully selected and has correctly answered the skill-testing question.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided on their contest entry form.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of being contacted.
Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must:
Confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements;
Correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question without assistance; and comply with all other requirements set out in these Official Rules.
Once all requirements have been satisfied, the selected entrant will be declared the winner.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Just One Spark Travel, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, provides false or misleading information, attempts to manipulate the entry process, or otherwise participates in a fraudulent or inappropriate manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. Furthermore, by participating in this contest and accepting the prize, including attendance at the hockey game or participation in a cruise, entrants acknowledge and agree that Just One Spark Travel, its affiliates, and prize providers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or other claims arising from or related to participation in the prize experience, to the extent permitted by law. 

12. PRIVACY

By entering the contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the contest, contacting the potential winner, verifying eligibility, and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with the Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform through which the contest may be promoted. By entering, each participant releases the applicable social media platform from any responsibility or liability relating to the contest.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations of Canada. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
